These Terms govern your use of the site that generates Anki decks using large language models (LLMs). By using the service you agree to these terms.
Service Description
This site accepts user-provided words or text and sends them to an LLM to generate flashcard content which is packaged as an Anki (.apkg) deck for download.
Accounts
If you create an account we collect email, username and an encrypted password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
User Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the words or text you submit. Generated content is provided "as-is"; please review and verify generated material before importing into your study tools.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to create content that violates laws, infringes others' rights, or is abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Third-Party LLMs
Generation is performed by third-party LLM providers. Their terms and policies may apply to content and usage. We are not responsible for external service availability or policies.
Disclaimers
The service is provided without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from using generated content, downtime, or third-party provider actions to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
